Selling your business is personal. So is how we buy it.

You've spent years, perhaps decades, building your business. We want to be the people who carry it forward, and we'll make the process as straightforward, discreet and fair as possible.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Will my conversation with you stay confidential?

Absolutely. We're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share any information, and we never approach your staff, customers or suppliers without your agreement.

I'm not ready to sell yet. Should I still get in touch?

Yes. Many of our best conversations start two or three years before a sale. We're happy to share what buyers look for and help you plan, with no obligation.

How is Camp Hill Capital different from private equity?

Private equity firms typically manage portfolios from a distance and plan to sell within a few years. Camp Hill Capital is led by an owner-operator who steps into the business full-time as its leader, with a long-term horizon and patient investors behind him.

Do I need to stay on after the sale?

That's up to you. Some owners prefer a short handover; others enjoy staying involved in a part-time or advisory role. We'll design a transition that suits your goals.

Can you actually fund the acquisition?

Yes. Camp Hill Capital is backed by experienced private investors and works with established lenders. Funding is typically a mix of investor equity, bank debt and, where it suits both parties, a portion of vendor finance.

I'm a broker or adviser. Do you work with intermediaries?

Yes. We value our relationships with business brokers, accountants and advisers, and welcome introductions to businesses that fit our criteria. Please email Tim to discuss.

Considering your next step?

Let's have a confidential conversation.

Whether you're ready to sell now or just starting to think about succession, Tim is happy to talk. There's no obligation and no pressure, and everything stays between us.
