Leadership, family and a long-term view.
Camp Hill Capital is founded and led by Tim Green, a veteran, consultant and fourth-generation entrepreneur dedicated to acquiring, managing and growing a great Australian business.
Tim Green
Army veteran, management consultant and fourth-generation entrepreneur.
Tim is a fourth-generation entrepreneur. Growing up in a family of business owners gave him a firsthand understanding of the complexities and rewards of running a private company, and a deep respect for leadership, sound decision-making and the importance of legacy.
He spent a decade as an officer in the Australian Army, leading teams in high-pressure environments and on operations overseas, often with limited resources and tight constraints. It taught him to stay calm amid uncertainty, adapt quickly and execute with discipline.
Moving into the corporate world, Tim became a Director at EY, where he specialised in operational transformation and enterprise resilience. He advised executives at Queensland Health, major banks and critical infrastructure organisations, and led the procurement and delivery of medical equipment for Queensland's hospital capital program.
Experience that transfers to running an SME
Tim's career spans military and corporate leadership. He has built a track record of bringing clarity to complex organisations, leading teams through change and delivering measurable results.
Modern leadership, with respect for tradition
Tim's approach is about achieving growth while preserving the culture and legacy of the businesses he leads, which matters to many retiring owners.
Camp Hill Capital exists to give great Australian businesses a confident next chapter. It is supported by a group of senior investors who share that long-term view and bring experience in sourcing, financing, operating and growing private companies.
Outside work, Tim is a husband and father based in Brisbane. Family is at the heart of Camp Hill Capital. It's why we take the responsibility of looking after someone else's life's work seriously, and why we build strong relationships with the people and communities around every business we lead.
