Founder: Tim Green

From an early age, I’ve been inspired by the grit and determination of the entrepreneurs in my family. Growing up in a family of business owners, I saw firsthand the hard work, challenges, and rewards of building something meaningful. Those experiences shaped my path and instilled in me a deep appreciation for leadership and resilience.

After high school, I joined the Australian Army, where I served as a Cavalry Officer and developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure. Transitioning from military life, I pursued a career in management consulting, helping businesses navigate complex challenges, manage risk and unlock growth opportunities. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led large-scale transformations across industries, gaining insights into what makes businesses thrive.

Now, I’m combining my entrepreneurial roots, military discipline, and consulting expertise to lead Camp Hill Capital. My goal is to acquire and grow an exceptional Australian business while honoring the legacy of its founders.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father and husband. I enjoy spending time with my family, running and triathlons, and staying active in the local community. My family and I are excited to work with owners and invest in a business and its surrounding community.
